If a wire is bent into the shape of s square, the area of the square is 49 cm2. When the wire is bent into a semi-circle shape, find the radius of the semi-circle. (Take π=227).

Area of eqution =a2=4a cm a=7 cm

length of wire =4a=28 cm

so perimeter of semi circle shape =πr

So 227×r=28r=28×722=8.91 cm
