Given : $A = (0, - 1), B = (6, 7), C = (λ, 3)$ and $D = (- 2, 3)$ form a parallelogram, so
$A B = C D, B C = A D \Rightarrow 10 = \sqrt{(λ + 2)^{2}} \Rightarrow λ = - 12, 8 \sqrt{(λ - 6)^{2} + 16} = \sqrt{4 + 16} \Rightarrow λ = 4, 8 ∴ λ = 8$
