α+β=62=3
αβ=32

Given expression is
(αβ+βα)+3(1α+1β)+2αβ

=α2+β2αβ+3(α+βαβ)+2αβ


=(α+β)22αβαβ+3(α+βαβ)+2×αβ

=(3)22×3232+3(332+2×32

=123+3(63)+3

=4+6+3=13
