We know that if a quadratic equation ax2+bx+c=0 with roots α,β are transformed the roots α+k and β+k where k is any costant then,
quadratic eqution is a(xk)2+b(xk)+c=0

Here, a=1,b=7,c=10,k=2

1(x2)2+7(x2)+10=0

x24x+4+7x14+10=0

x2+3x+0=0

Hence, the required quadratic equation is x2+3x=0
