Given,
Heat supplied=Q
Work done =W
and change in internal energy mCvdT
A/Q to first law of thermodynamics,
Change in internal energy, dv=dQdW.......(i)
putting the above values in equation (i) we get,
mCvdT=QW
or Q=W+mCvdT
Hence, Option B is correct.
