In the first case the amount = Rs $1,50,000$, and the shares of

$A:B:C=2:3:5.$

$\therefore$ A's share=$Rs.1,50,000\times \frac{2}{2+3+5}=Rs1,50,000\times \frac{2}{10}=Rs.30,000$.

In the second case, let us assume the amount = Rs x.

The shares of A : B : C= 5 : 3 : 2

$\therefore$ A's share=$Rs.x\times \frac{5}{5+3+2}=Rs.\frac{x}{2}$.

So, by the given condition,

Rs. $\frac{x}{2}=Rs.30,000$

Or $x=Rs.60,000$.

So the second amount$=Rs60,000.$

$\therefore$ The ratio between Rs $1,50,000$ and Rs. $60,000$

$\Rightarrow 1,50,000:60,000=5:2$
