Time taken by any body of mass m to reach the ground when dropped from a height h
$t=\sqrt{\frac{2h}{g}}$
From this equation time is independent of mass so $t_1=t_2$
Since they are in vacuum there will be no air resistance, so time taken will be exactly equal.
