If an object is placed at a distance of 7.5 cm from a plane mirror, how far would it be from its image ?

Solution

Object and image are at same distancia from the mirror.If the object is at 7.5 cm from the mirror the image is also at the same distance . So distance from image and object is 7.5 + 7.5 = 15 cm .
