The correct option is C 4
Initial velocity, $u = 19.6$
Final velocity at top most point, $v = 0$
By using equation of motion, $v = u - g t = 0$
So, Time to reach at top most point, $t_{a} = \frac{u}{g} = \frac{19.6}{9.8} = 2.$
So, Total time = $2 \times (t_{a})$ = $2 \times 2 = 4 s e c$
