It is given that angle P and Q are supplementary Hence, the sum of P and Q will be $180^{\circ}$
$∴ ∠ P + ∠ Q = 180^{\circ} \Rightarrow 60^{\circ} + ∠ Q = 180^{\circ} \Rightarrow ∠ Q = 180^{\circ} - 60^{\circ} \Rightarrow ∠ Q = 120^{\circ}$
