x2(ay+a)+(cy+c)=0
x is rational, must be perfect square
=4(ay+a)(cy+c)
=4(acy2+(ac+ac)y+ac)
=4ac(y2+(cc+aa)y+acac)
=4ac((y+cc)(y+aa))
to be a perfect square,
cc=aa or cc=aa
and |ac| is a perfect square.
