Let us consider that A has x number of chocolates.
It is given that B gets 12 the number of chocolates that A gets.
Therefore, the number of chocolates received by B =x2

It is given that C gets 4 times the number of chocolates that B gets.
Therefore, the number of chocolates received by C =4×x2=2x
∴ The required ratio =x:x2:2x=1:12:2=2:1:4
