B is the mid-point of $¯ ¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¯ A C$ .
$∴ A B = B C$ (i)
And C is the mid-point of $¯ ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¯ B D$
$∴ B C = C D$ (ii)
From equation (i) and (ii), we get
AB = CD
