Perimeter $= x + x + 12$
$\Rightarrow 35 = x + x + 12$

Area of ABC $= \frac{1}{4} \times b \times \sqrt{4 a^{2} - b^{2}}$
$= \frac{1}{4} \times 12 \times \sqrt{4 \times {11.5}^{2} - 12^{2}} c m^{2} = 58.86 c m^{2}$ .
