The correct option is C $x = 1, y = - 1$
$[\begin{matrix} 3 & - 1 2 & 5 \end{matrix}] [\begin{matrix} x y \end{matrix}] = [\begin{matrix} 4 - 3 \end{matrix}]$
$\Rightarrow [\begin{matrix} 3 x - y 2 x + 5 y \end{matrix}] = [\begin{matrix} 4 - 3 \end{matrix}]$
$\Rightarrow 3 x - y = 4, 2 x + 5 y = - 3$
On solving we get $x = 1, y = - 1$
