we will solve it with the help of constraints equation

As we can see, a string is attached with block A, and three string is folded with ply which is attached with B

xB=3xA

Now differentiate with respect to x

VB=3VA

Given,
VA=0.6m/s(totheright)

So,
VB=0.6×3=1.8m/s(downward)
