Solution

The correct option is A Pregnancy will not maintain
Answer is option B "pregnancy will not be maintained"
It will lead to abortion. As corpus luteum present in ovary release progesterone hormone to maintain endometrium lining and pregnancy. After second trimester, placenta is fully formed, then removal of ovary will not affect as placenta can release sufficient progesterone to maintain the lining. Third month of pregnancy means it is in first trimester stage (0 to 13 Weeks), hence placenta is not developed, so, if both ovaries are removed at this stage pregnancy will not maintain.
