Casteism and communialism are not considered healthy because those ideas seek to oppress groups which have been historically discriminated against. Hence, they are essentially negative ideas. On the other hand, feminism seeks to improve the condition of women who have traditionally faced discrimination as a group. Therefore, feminism is considered a positive and healthy ideology.
