The correct option is C $6 c m$
The circumradius of ex central triangle is twice the circum radius of the initial triangle.
Hence $R_{e x c e n t r a l} = 2 r$
Here $r = 3 c m$ . Therefore $R_{e x c e n t r a l} = 2 (3) = 6 c m$
