If CO2 gas is soluble in water at room temp then y doesn't the CO2 in air combine to form H2CO3 acid in atmosphere in that case water wouldn't exist in its original form instead it would be carbonic acid

Carbon dioxide is soluble in water at room temperature, but CO2 does not combine with air to form carbonic acid. This is because, air doesn't contain water, It contains moisture ,that too in very low content. This moisture does not combine with Carbon dioxide to form carbonic acid.
