Equation of the circle C is (x2)2+(y1)2=r2
x2+y24x2y+5r2=0
Equation of the common chord is (x2+y24x2y+5r2)(x2+y22x6y+6)=0
2x4y+r2+1=0
If it is a diameter of the second circle, it passes through the centre (1,3) of the circle So 24×3+r2+1=0

r2=9

r=3
