Question

If current flowing through a conductor makes it magnet . Then if current flows through water ,the water behaves like magnet, ??

Solution

It is a very interesting question to deal wit The theory is that a magnetic field is produced for evert moving charge perpendicular to its direction of propagation which in other words can be stated as every current carriying conductor act as a magnet. If a current is passed through some water certainly a magnetic field is priduced perpendicular to the motion of electrons.hence there will be a magnetic field perpendicular to the motion of electrons or ions in the water.
Pass a lot of electricity through a small amount of water(behaves as an electric conductor). There will be magnetic field around it.
