So,

$r=\frac{55\times 7}{22}$

$r=\frac{35}{2}cm$

We know that the curved surface area of the cylinder

$=2\pi rh$

So,

$2\pi rh=4400$

$\frac{22}{7}\times \frac{35}{2}\times h=2200$

$11\times 5\times h=2200$

$5\times h=200$

$h=40cm$
