Given, $\Delta ABC$ and $\Delta PQR$ are congruent with,

$\angle B=\angle Q={90}^{\circ }$

$\angle C=\angle R$

For $\Delta ABC$ and $\Delta PQR$ to be congruent, the side in between the equal angles needs to be equal.
$\overline{BC}=\overline{QR}$

$\Rightarrow \Delta ABC$ and $\Delta PQR$ are congruent by ASA congruence rule.

Then one additional pair is BC = QR.
