After solving the equations, we get the values of $x,y$ as

$\frac{5}{x}=10$
$\therefore 5=10x$
$\therefore x=\frac{5}{10}=\frac{1}{2}$
And the second equation is $\frac{2}{y}=6$
$\therefore 2=6y$
$\therefore y=\frac{2}{6}=\frac{1}{3}$
Now $\frac{x}{y}$ $=$ $\frac{\frac{1}{2}}{\frac{1}{3}}$
