1268x1236x=98x4 ...[By Distribution Law]
68x36x=984x ...[Simplifying].

Transposing x terms to one side, we get,
6x836x+84x=9.

Here, 8 is the LCM, then we get,

6x36×8x+8×2x8=9

288x6x+16x=72 ...[Multiplying by 8 to both sides and simplifying]

278x=72

x=72278
