The correct option is C Isosceles
Given: In ABC,D,E and F are midpoints of sides AB,BC and CA.
BE=EC
DF=12BC
DFBC=12 ....... (1)

Similarly, DEAC=12 and EFAB=12

DFBC=DEAC=EFAB=12
ABC is propotional to DEF as the sides of the triangles are proportional.
So corresponding angles are equal.
Hence, ABCEDF [by SSS similarly theorm]
DEF is isosceles.
