$z=\frac{13y}{11}$ ......($2$)

Now $\frac{y}{11}=\frac{2x-3y+z}{m}$ .....($3$)

Put the value of $x$ and $z$ in equ($3$) and on solving ,we will get

$\frac{y}{11}=\frac{-6y}{11m}$

$m=-6$
