$\frac{x}{y}=\frac{13}{6}$ ....Given

Let $x=13a,y=6a$

$\therefore \frac{3x+5y}{3x-5y}=\frac{3\left(13a\right)+5\left(6a\right)}{3\left(13a\right)-5\left(6a\right)}$

$=\frac{23a}{3a}$

$=\frac{23}{3}$
