Squaring both sides,

=(x1x)2=52

=x2+(1x)22(x)(1x)=25

=x2+1x22=25

=x2+1x2=27

Again Squaring both sides,we get,

=(x2+1x2)2=272

=(x2)2+(1x2)2+2(x2)(1x2)=729

=x4+1x4=7292

=x4+1x4=727
