x+y=tan1o+tan2o+.......+tan450(cot460+cot470+...+cot890)
=>x+y=tan1o+tan2o+....+tan450(cot(900440)+cot(900430)+..+cot(90010)
=>x+y=tan1o+tan2o+....+tan450(tan440+tan430+..+tan10)
=>x+y=0+0+..+tan450=1
