The correct option is B -6

Given,
Green ball = +2
Orange ball = -3

Number of green balls = 3
Total value of green balls = 3 × (+2)
= +6

Number of orange balls = 4
Total value of orange balls = 4 × (-3)
= -12

Total value of all the balls = (+6) + (-12)
= 6 - 12 = -6

Therefore, the total value of the balls in the figure is -6.
