The correct option is A 8
Volume of unit cube = 1 × 1 × 1
= 1 cu. cm

New length of the side of the new cube
= 1 + 1
= 2 cm

Volume of the new cube = 2 × 2 × 2
= 8 cu. cm

So, we can say that the volume of the new cube is 8 times the original volume.
