The redox half cell reactions are written below:
Fe2+Fe3++1e

MnO4+8H+5eMn2++4H2O

Cr2O27+14H+6e2Cr3++7H2O

Using mole concept,
1 mol MnO45 mol Fe2+

and 1 mol Cr2O276 mol Fe2+

So, K2Cr2O7 will oxidise more Fe2+ to Fe3+.
