Let h(x)=f(g(x))
Hence
h(x) =f(g(x)).g(x)
Now g(x) is a strictly decreasing function.
Then
g(x)<0 for all real x.
Hence
h(x)<0 since h(x)=f(g(x)).g(x) and g(x)<0.
Therefor h(x) is a decreasing function too.
Hence fog will be decreasing function.
