The correct option is A FNN = FNP = FPP
At separation less than one fermi, hence nuclear force of attraction is strongly active. Since neutrons are uncharged particles, the force between neutrons and protons or neutrons and neutrons would be only weak nuclear force. However the force between protons would be electrostatic and hence much larger in magnitude.
Nuclear force is charge independent force.
So, Fpp=Fpn=Fnn
