Solution

The correct option is A one to one function
Given : f(x)=x2
x2>0f(x)>0 for every xN
Let' find domain and range of f(x)
x=1f(x)=1
x=2f(x)=4
x=3f(x)=9
x=4f(x)=16
x=5f(x)=25
Here we get that, no two elements of the domain has the same image and no element of co-domain is the image of more than one element in the domain.
f is one-one.
Function f:XY is onto if, for any yY there exist xX such that f(x)=y
Let's prove that f(x)=x2 is not onto.
Let's take an example y=3N
f(x)=y ............ by definition of onto function
x2=3
x=3 or 3 which does not belong to N
Hence, for y=3N there does not exist any xN such that f(x)=y.
f is not onto.
Hence, f in only one-one.
