Solution

Firstly you need to know what is uniform acceleration.
A body is said to be moving with a uniform accelaratin if it chnges its velocity equally in equal intervals of timeIn other words If a body changes its velocity at a uniform rate, it is said to be has a uniform accelaration if its velocity example - The motion of a freely falling body and a vertically thrown up body are the example of uniform accelaration. In the question it is a freely falling apple. It has varying speed. Varying speed results in uniform acceleration.
