$\Rightarrow 10 (2 x + 1) = 9 (3 x - 2)$

$\Rightarrow 20 x + 10 = 27 x - 18$

$\Rightarrow 10 + 18 = 27 x - 20 x$

$\Rightarrow 28 = 7 x$

$\Rightarrow 7 x = 28$

$\Rightarrow x = \frac{28}{7} = 4$

The value of 'x' is 4.
