Question

If glass is an example of Bose-Einstien condensate which is a super cooled liquid then why don't we sense it as cold instead normal temperature?

Solution

It's called supercooled liquid because the grain structure of the glass is not as organized a crystal, because it did not freeze, but it is more organized than a liquid,". Because glass is an amorphous solid, "it would take longer than the universe has existed for room-temperature cathedral glass to rearrange itself to appear melted."
At room temperature everything is at around 23°C than it can not feel as a cold body as the glass itself has a temp of 23°
