​​​​​if I generate current from a motor used in toys so can we say that this current is a AC current and use the setup as an AC generator.

Dear Student ,

In toys the DC motor is used always . if you use this motor as a generator then the output current will also be a DC current it will not generate AC current it can only be generated by AC generator.In power plant we use AC generator to generate electricity .
