In a triangle LMN :-

$\angle M={60}^o$, $\angle N={60}^o$

By angle sum property,

$\angle M+\angle N+\angle L={180}^o$

$\angle L={180}^o-{120}^o={60}^o$

Since $\angle M=\angle N=\angle L$, therefore it is an equilateral triangle.
