If in female one x chromosome is inactive then how sex linked inheritance are not affected much in female as , whether recessive or hetro it should also affect female as 1 x chromosome is inactive so trait in 1 chromosome shouldn't be considered like in male where y doesn't have that trait

Dear student the inactive X of female is facultative heterochromatin material , it will remain inactive for sometime only . For sure it will show its functioning
