The correct option is A 448 cm2
Area of the parallelogram equals the sum of areas of triangles ADB and BDC.
Area of ADB=12×DB×AE=12×28×16=224 cm2

Similarly, since CF = AE we have
area of BDC=224 cm2
Thus, Area of ABCD=2×224 cm2=448 cm2
