The correct option is A x2+5x+4
Given LCM=(x+4)(x+2),HCF=(x+1)

Factorising x2+3x+2, we get ,

x2+3x+2

=x2+x+2x+2

=(x+1)(x+2)

The second equation will be HCF×(x+4)

(x+1)(x+4)=x2+5x+4
