Question

If land is a better conductor of heat and gets heated faster than water at daytime, why does it also cool faster at night time ?

Dear Student ,
Land is a good absorber of heat and it also is a good reflector .At the day time land gets heated due to continuous incidence of sun light on the land but in night time the land gets cooled as then no light ray is falling on it .So at this time land releases heat and becomes cool .
