Solution

If all the coefficients of polynomial are zeros, then it is called a zero polynomial.
$\Rightarrow a - 2 = 0, b - a = 0, c + b = 0$

$\Rightarrow a = 2, b = a, c = - b$

$\Rightarrow a = 2, b = a = 2, c = - b = - 2$

$∴ a = 2, b = 2, c = - 2$
