Equation of the ellipse is :
x225+y216=1 (1)
Equation of the chord having (12,25) as midpoint is :
T=S1
(14)25+(425)161=(12)x25+(25)y161
4x+5y=4
5y=4(1x) (2)

Solving with equation (1), we get
16x2+16(1x)2=400
x2x12=0
x=4,3
From equation (2),
For x=4,y=125
For x=3, y=165
Therefore, length of the chord
=72+(285)2=74125 unit
Hence, k=41
