If light shows properties like reflection , refraction, interference etc. and light is an electromagnetic wave than did other e.m. waves like Infrared or microwave etc. show these properties ?

Infrared rays and other of the electromagnetic waves also subjected to reflection and refraction like light waves. They are subjected to reflection and refraction. The same laws apply to any electromagnetic wave.

However an ordinary mirror in case of other electromagnetic radiation may not successfully reflect all of the radiation incident on it as in case of light.Reflection, refraction, interference apply to any wave even mechanical wave like sound.
