Finding the value of expression
The given expression is $2 m n^{2} - 15 m^{2} n + p$
Substituting $m = 1$ $n = 2$ and $p = - 3$ in the given expression , we get
$2 m n^{4} - 15 m^{2} n + p = 2 \times 1 \times 2^{4} - 15 \times 1^{2} \times 2 + (- 3) = 2 \times 1 \times 16 - 15 \times 1 \times 2 - 3 = 32 - 30 - 3 = 32 - 33 = - 1$
Hence,the value of given expression will be $- 1$ .
